Welcome to Tender Touch Home and Health Care, my name is Brenda Amirault and I have been a Health Care Provider for the young and elderly for over 25 years.  I worked with the elderly in a Hospital setting for the first 15 years of my career and heard Dr's tell patients everyday, they could not leave the hospital without someone too help and care for them at home.  When I saw the sadness in their eyes I decided to try and help make it happen for them.

I conducted a public survey in the communities from Digby to Yarmouth to see if the need for Home Care would be a viable business and also to see if the communities would support Home Care. The survey did show a great need for home care providers for both the young and the elderly which meant that I could also create employment for the area.

Without a second though I resigned my position at the hospital and took a Home Business Course to start 'Tender Touch Home and Health Care'. 13 years later and now with a team of 17 people, we are a provider for Veteran Affairs, BlueCross, Workmen Compensation Claims, etc.  With the knowledge and strength of  my team I am accomplishing my dream of helping people in everyway possible.

My dream is to provide our clients and their loved ones peace of mind in the knowledge that my staff and I will always provide tender care at a very affordable price.
